Our rental homes are maintained in top shape with like new condition. All come complete with stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washer, and dryer.

Our homes are typically rented with a minimum 1 year lease. We pay for property taxes, lawn maintenance, HOA, sewer, and trash. Tennant pays for their utilites. Sorry we do not accept Section 8 or pets.

Owned and managed locally, we provide prompt management service. There is absolutely no foreclosure drama here!
